We ship 24/7 from our fulfillment center in China to meet growing demand. Order fast before we sell out!
π Processing & Shipping Time
- Processing time: 1β2 business days
- Shipping to Sweden (via PostNord): Please allow 10β15 business days
- International shipping (via PostNord/YunExpress): May take 15β20 business days
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 21β30 business days, due to customs, holiday congestion, or local carrier delays. By placing an order, you accept this potential delivery timeframe.
All products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China.
Our company is registered and operated from Belgium, but we do not store or ship products locally.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Because the shipment is already in the final stage of delivery, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it. This is clearly stated in our shipping and purchase terms, which were accepted at the time of ordering β they specify that cancellations are no longer possible once an order has been dispatched.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that your order is in our system and is being processed.
π Shipping Details
- All orders to Sweden are delivered by PostNord
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped
- PostNord will handle last-mile delivery once the package arrives in Sweden
Note: All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees charged by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, or holiday traffic. Once your order is handed over to the shipping provider, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
π Returns & Refunds
We strongly discourage returns, as all returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in China at the customerβs expense.
- Return shipping to China typically costs β¬40 or more
- We offer a 20% refund without requiring a return as a faster and more convenient alternative
If you still choose to return a product:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging
- You are responsible for all return shipping and customs clearance fees
- We reserve the right to deny refunds on opened or used items
- Discounted products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
