At Treazura, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please read our policy carefully before requesting a refund.
⏳ Refund Eligibility Window
Our refund policy is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
🔁 Refund Scenarios

✅ Full Refund:
- Item arrived damaged
- Item was missing parts
- Item was significantly not as described
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

🔄 Partial Refund (No Return Required):
- If the product is not defective but unsatisfactory, you may request a 20% refund without sending it back
- Product must be unused and within 60 days of purchase

❌ No Refund:
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Delays due to customs, weather, or external factors
- Change of mind after order was shipped
- Order mistakes without return willingness
📦 Return Conditions
If you choose to return your item for a refund:
- Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
- Contact customer service first to receive return authorization
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Return costs can exceed €40.
❗ Hygiene-Sensitive Products (Non-Returnable)
For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded once opened:
- Cosmetics, creams, oils, supplements
- Tight-fitting clothing such as shapewear and underwear
These exclusions comply with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
🛠️ Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, exchanges may be granted on a case-by-case basis, and shipping costs may apply. Contact support@treazura.com to begin the process.
🧾 Refund Process & Requirements
To process a refund or exchange, please send the following to support@treazura.com:
- Detailed reason for the return
- Photos of the defect or size tag (if applicable)
- Photo of the shipping label and box
- Order confirmation and proof of purchase (screenshot or PDF)
Please allow 2–3 business days for a response.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
🕓 Missing or Late Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Then contact your bank (processing time may vary)
- If still unresolved, contact support@treazura.com
