Our money-back guarantee only applies if a product was damaged during shipping or was delivered with missing parts. For hygienic reasons, items such as tight-fitting clothing and opened cosmetics/creams/oils cannot be returned.
In addition, results may vary from customer to customer. We do not promise that the results described on our landing page will be the same for all customers, as results may vary from person to person.
Please only use our products according to the instructions on the packaging.

- Shipping to Sweden (via PostNord): Please allow 10–15 business days
- International shipping (via PostNord/YunExpress): May take 15–20 business days
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 21–30 business days, due to customs, holiday congestion, or local carrier delays. By placing an order, you accept this potential delivery timeframe.
All products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China.
Our company is registered and operated from Belgium, but we do not store or ship products locally.
